All About Me…
My name is Morghan Guthrie. I am a freshman at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, where I am majoring in Multimedia Broadcast Journalism. I am excited to begin this new chapter of my life and pursue my passion for media, communication, and storytelling.
Throughought high school, I was actively involved in organizations and activities that helped shape me into the young woman I am today. I was a proud member of Girl Scouts of America, where I received my Girl Scouts Gold Award. I was also a member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where I held several leadership roles, including Teen Regional Programming Chair.
During high school, I also participated in the NAACP Act-So program, the Alpha Kappa Kappa Sorority, Inc. youth initiatives AKA DETTE program, my high school speech team, and the The Golf For Life Foundation.
